Odor Buster™ is a natural feed additive for odor reduction. It is a special formulation designed to improve livestock and poultry performance and to reduce ammonia and hydrogen sulfide odor in animal waste pits. The main ingredients are saponins which are sapogenin glycosides derived mainly from yucca plant extracts. Complete hydrolysis of saponins yield sapogenins and sugars. Saponins have been approved by the US FDA as a food adjunct.
Odor buster™ restricts or prevents the urine-enzyme reactions and thereby reduces ammonia production in poultry litter or manure pit.
