Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a temporary person to fill in for a member of our Customer Service team while they are on leave for approximately 9 months. This position has the potential to turn into a permanent position. This position requires the following skills:

  • Strong, clear communication skills – polite and tactful
  • Strong writing
  • Attentiveness – good listener
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate with people
  • Attention to details is a must
    Duties to include but are not limited to:
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Answer customer emails in a timely manner
  • Coordinate logistics
  • Generate shipping documents
  • Filing
  • Provide support within the department
    Experience:
  • Customer Service, 2 years
    Education:
  • High School Diploma
  • Associate (Preferred)
