We are currently seeking a temporary person to fill in for a member of our Customer Service team while they are on leave for approximately 9 months. This position has the potential to turn into a permanent position. This position requires the following skills:
- Strong, clear communication skills – polite and tactful
- Strong writing
- Attentiveness – good listener
- Time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate with people
- Attention to details is a must
Duties to include but are not limited to: - Answering incoming calls
- Answer customer emails in a timely manner
- Coordinate logistics
- Generate shipping documents
- Filing
- Provide support within the department
Experience: - Customer Service, 2 years
Education: - High School Diploma
- Associate (Preferred)
